The beginning of this month we quietly launched our new website—a project that has been in the works since early spring. Now that we’ve put all of the finishing touches in place, we’re thrilled to share it with you all!
Why did we redesign the site?
We know many of you loved our old site, but we found that after two years, we had already outgrown it’s architecture and were ready to go to the next level.
New Features
Advanced search: Our new site offers a much more dynamic search function that will allow you to find move-in ready or made-to-order homes specific to your needs. We allow you to search by type of home (townhome, single family, age qualified, etc.), and by the features on your dream list. Want a first-floor master with a basement in a cul-de-sac? We’ve got you covered!
Better maps: We’ve incorporated several types of maps throughout the site in hopes of giving you a better idea exactly where our homes are located, and how they will relate to your current lifestyle. We’ve added Google Maps to give you dynamic access to driving directions, drawn area maps that will show you the benefits of the surrounding areas of each of our communities, and plat maps that allow you to see which lots are open and where you have the to option to live.
More promotional space: Now we are able to keep you up to date with all of our current promotions, whether they be community-specific, or company-wide.
Larger photos: Our houses speak for themselves, so we’re giving them more room to do so!
Easier access to our agents: Now you can find out more about the agents you’ll be working with, and have an easier time requesting exactly the information you need from them to get started.
More socialization: Along with our new site, we have plans to take our social networking to the next level. Stay tuned for more news updates, informational articles, and tips and tricks from our pros, as we add a new schedule to our social media posts.
