Here’s how it works*:
- Your first StyleCraft Homes sale will receive 2.5% commission
- Sell a second and receive a 3% commission
- Come back and sell a third and receive a 3.5% commission
- Sell four or more and receive 4%

Why wait to get paid for your hard work? 100% Commission Paid Up Front!
We know how hard you work to find the perfect home for each and every client, and we want to do everything we can to help make the process easier for you and your buyers. If you’ve brought us a client, why would we wait to reward you? Starting in January, 2012, we wont. This year, we’re changing the new construction industry standard by paying commission up front.
In 2012, when you sell any StyleCraft Home, we’ll pay you 100% of your pending commission up front—as soon as your buyers obtain loan approval**. That’s right, no more waiting on permitting, construction, inspections, or even closing! As soon as your clients are approved, you’re getting paid! Simple as that!
**To qualify for 100% commission up-front, a REALTOR®’s buyers must obtain a commitment to lend letter from a mortgage lender which may require full disclosure of all qualifying documents.
