About Ginny:
I am 4th generation in the home sales and construction business. I was 19 years old the first time I took the realtor licensing class and have been helping people design or find their dream homes for most of my professional career.
What's most rewarding about being a StyleCraft Homes representative?
I will always count the most rewarding part of my job as helping people from the beginning of their new home search to the final step of moving into their new home. It is exciting to follow the process from the foundation to the kitchen installation and ending with the final walk through. By far the best part is seeing the homeowners excitement of watching their new home go from a dream on paper to a place for their family in which to build new memories.
What's your greatest strength as a sales representative?
My strong point is working with the purchasers on choosing the right floor plan, lot, and structural elements of their new home. I enjoy listening to them talk about what they are looking for in a new house and helping them find their way to holding the keys to their new home.

What's your greatest strength as a sales representative?
I pride myself in the ability to help my customers find the home that is perfect for them—not just something that will “make due”. We have so many floorplans and the abilty to have customized options, you can truly build the home of your dreams.

About Sara:
When I’m not selling homes, I love spending time with my crazy family and my 2 fur children. Rocky Top, the little mischievous Yorkie, and Darla, the laid back English Springer, keep me entertained on a regular basis. I love to travel, especially to Knoxville for a little SEC football heaven. Yes folks, I still go to Neyland Stadium every year…I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. This year is our year!

What is the most rewarding part of this job to you?
Having a strong relationship with the customer throughout the building experience. I really enjoy getting to know each customer individually and meeting the expectations into building their “Dream Home”.

I recently returned to the Richmond area where I live with my three crazy dogs. I have two Shih Tzu , Cooper and Jameson and also a German Shepherd named Bane . We love to travel and enjoy the outdoors. Virginia is a wonderful state to take in all there is to offer from the history, beaches, hiking and shopping . Why would you live anywhere else?
