‘Tis the season for celebrating with family and friends, reflecting on the previous year and looking ahead to 2012. And this season, StyleCraft Homes is getting into the holiday spirit by offering an Advent Calendar full of deals and incentives on new homes throughout the Richmond area.

Each day between now and December 24, a new incentive will be made available, good for 7 days from the posting date. Some days we’ll offer special pricing on specific homes; some days great upgrades or options for free. Make sure to check back often to see what each day brings. This Thanksgiving, we kicked off a new realtor tradition at StyleCraft Homes: The Turkey Trail! During the days leading up to Thanksgiving, realtors were invited to visit several StyleCraft communities throughout the Richmond area to see some of our new floorplans and features, network with colleagues over lunch and have a little fun. We know how important realtor relationships are to our ongoing success at StyleCraft, and we were happy to give away turkeys and Trader Joe’s cheesecakes to those who participated. And for those who were able to visit four different communities on the Turkey Trial, we were happy to reward a Martins gift certificate good for a free Thanksgiving dinner for their entire family.

Response from the realtor community was fantastic! We are thrilled to have been able to provide Thanksigiving dinner for 80 realtors this year. Thank you to everyone who participated.
