StyleCraft Homes studies the way people live in order to offer home plans and optional spaces with superior design. Choose from one of three home series: the Presidential series—focused on first time and moveup buyers with an emphasis on value; the Estate series—designed for a luxury-minded customer; and the River series—redefining active adult living in well appointed single-level homes. Now that you’ve chosen the community and model that suits your lifestyle and budget, the contract appointment affords your New Home Sales Consultant and our preferred lender the time to solidify your choices in a Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement is a contract that establishes the responsibilities of each party in the home building/home buying process. A more personalized process, including key dates, will be developed utilizing information specific to home type and options chosen.

StyleCraft Homes’ award-winning Design Studio holds Preview Nights on a weekly basis in order to help potential home buyers get introduced to the design process. This is a great opportunity to become acquainted with the types of design decisions available to you during your Design Selections Meeting. From flooring to cabinets, hardware to countertops, the Design Studio has a wide array of samples and displays to help design your perfect home.

Buying a home is a big decision—in order to give you and your family adequate time to review the home type and available structural options, StyleCraft’s process has a 3-day window built in. After the Structural Change Window, changes cannot be made due to the development of personalized home plans and city/county permit submittal requirements. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us meet the timeframe we have committed to.

Immediately following the ratification of your Purchase Agreement, you will start to receive weekly progress updates from your Sales Consultant and Project Manager via telephone.

The Design Selections meeting allows you to dive deeper into the vast array of choices you were able to sample during a Design Preview. Our professional Design Consultants start the day by reviewing any fabric swatches, paint chips, and/or photos of your ideal home decor that you have brought. They expertly guide you through this exciting time by streamlining the personalization options, and helping you choose the color palettes and designs that suit your taste. At the conclusion of this appointment, your design choices will be complete and translated into Purchase Orders, which our trade partners use to order the materials for your home.

Now that all of the decisions for your new home are complete, whether financing your home or paying cash, it’s an important time to finalize the financial details. If necessary, StyleCraft Homes’ preferred lender will help you obtain a mortgage commitment. Once complete, your actual construction start date will be established.

This meeting is conducted by your Sales Consultant and Project Manager, and starts in the sales office where you will review your construction documents and final selection choices. We will also take this opportunity to familiarize you with your homesite.

Let’s go vertical! Construction start is an exciting time as your new home starts to take shape. Over the next 12–20 weeks, your Project Manager will work with our trade partners to construct your new home.

Once the framing, roof, mechanical rough-ins and insulation is complete, your Project Manager will guide you through a PreDrywall Orientation. This orientation is an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the construction of your home and placement of electrical, structured wiring, HVAC and plumbing systems.

With the structural construction elements complete, it’s time for the installation of your personalized design choices. In addition, we will begin to coordinate the closing aspects of the building process by providing you with your Final Purchase Price Addendum and establishing your closing date.

Standing by the quality of our homes, StyleCraft now provides a complimentary, third-party home inspection for every home we build. After this inspection, your Project Manager will guide you through a Pre-Settlement Orientation, where you will have your first opportunity to see your completed home and gain a better understanding of the operation/maintenance required.

The big day is here! StyleCraft Homes understands that the closing process can be stressful. Starting a few days before your appointment, our team of lending partners and closing attorneys prepare the necessary documentation to make the closing appointment as seamless as possible.

Because your opinion matters, StyleCraft Homes has partnered with Eliant, Inc., a leader in customer satisfaction surveys, to provide you with three opportunities to share your experience and help us better serve you.

During your first few weeks in your home, you may notice some minor items that need to addressed. No need to worry—your Project Manager is still here to help. Our unmatched 2-year builder warranty starts with a 60-Day Post-Closing Review conducted at your home with your Project Manager to review those items and arrange for any necessary adjustments.

StyleCraft is dedicated to our homeowners. While our competition outsources their warranty work, our in-house Customer Care Team is specifically trained to care for our homeowners after the Project Manager has completed the 60-Day Post-Closing Review. We believe this gives our customers the best service and care possible.
