Giving you a positive homeownership experience is just as important to us as the quality of your home-buying experience. So important, in fact, that we’ve invested in our own in-house Customer Care team. While most homebuilders outsource warranty service and their homeowners never know who is going to show up to perform the work, we stand behind the quality of our service.
At StyleCraft Homes, our Customer Care team takes over once your 60-Day Post-Closing Orientation with your Project Manager is complete. A Customer Care Technician will perform a walk-through of your home with you to carefully inspect the home for any necessary touch-ups, adjustments or repairs.
We provide a transferable 10-year warranty through Residential Warranty Company, LLC, (RWC) a leading company in the industry. The RWC Warranty Standards serve as our guide for warrantable items. Download a PDF of the warranty we provide to every StyleCraft homeowner.
Customer Care Holiday Closures: 11/23–11/28During the Thanksgiving holiday, we will have special hours for our Customer Care team. Customer Care will be closed from 5pm on November 23th, 2016 through 8am on November 28th, 2016. If we receive your request during the holiday closure, we will be in contact on the next business day. If it is an emergency situation (as defined below), please call 911. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
If you’re experiencing a true emergency, please dial 911. If you have an urgent service request — which is anything that may make the premises uninhabitable or cause lasting damage — you should call the appropriate Trade Partner directly. A list of Trade Partners’ emergency phone numbers was provided at the Pre-Settlement Orientation, and is located on the cabinet door under the kitchen sink of your New Home.
