While most homebuilders outsource warranty service and their homeowners never know who is going to show up to perform the work, we stand behind the quality of our service.
At StyleCraft Homes, our warranty is provided by Residential Warranty Company, LLC, a leading company in the industry. We perform a walk-through of your home with you prior to closing, after 90 days and one year after closing to carefully inspect the home for touch-ups and repairs. The warranty also provides two-year coverage for heating, cooling, ventilating, electrical and plumbing systems as well as a ten-year, transferable warranty that covers major structural defects.
Although the extent of the warranty coverage we provide is similar among homebuilders, our level of service and dedication to honoring the warranty sets StyleCraft Homes apart.
