• The Magnolia in Abbey Village at Charter Colony
  The Magnolia is one of StyleCraft’s two new floorplans in Abbey Village. This new plan is available on the few remaining basement homesites in the community, and offer the opportunity for a spacious first floor master suite, a two-story family room, rear staircase and one-car garage.
