Through StyleCraft Homes’ brand new Worry-Free Maintenance program, routine repairs to your new home are covered, whether they’re included in your home warranty or not. Rest easy knowing that when minor repair work is needed–a leaky faucet, a doorknob that sticks–a StyleCraft Homes maintenance person will take care of it at no cost.
The StyleCraft Worry-Free Maintenance Program includes the following (certain restrictions may apply):
1. Replacing HVAC filters every 90 days
2. Replacing smoke detector batteries annually
3. Winterizing the home
- Hose bibs
- Closing vents seasonally
4. Changing any light fixtures that are unreachable (2-story room)
5. Caulking all wet locations and inspecting as necessary
6. Replacing weather stripping on doors and windows as needed
7. Inspecting and lubricating all garage door openers and tracks
8. Inspecting and adjusting doors, locks, and hinges
9. Repairing drywall cracks and nail pops

10. Worry-Free Inspection
- GFI testing
- HVAC condensation lines
- Inspection of fire extinguishers (now mounted under kitchen sink as standard in all homes)
- Check appliance connections for leaks
- Inspection of dryer vent
- Inspection of all plumbing fixtures
- Inspection of crawl space and foundation
- Inspection of exterior siding, gutters, roof, and deck
- Fading shutters
