How do I schedule my Selections Meeting?
After your contract has been signed by all parties involved, our Design Consultant will contact you by phone to set an appointment for your Selections Meeting. Your Selections Meeting will be scheduled within 15 days after the contract was ratified.
What are the Design Studio hours?
Appointments at our Design Studio may be scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where is the Design Studio located?
The StyleCraft Homes Design Studio is located at 7810 Shrader Road.
How much time should I allow for the Selections Meeting?
Please allow two to four hours for your appointment. The length of your appointment will vary depending on how many decisions you have to make and the length of time it will take you to make your choices.
May I bring children to the Design Studio?
In order for you to devote your full attention to making your design selections, we highly recommend that you do not bring children to the Selections Meeting. You will be making many important decisions regarding your home and your budget, and minimizing distractions will help you get the most out of your meeting.
Who will I work with at the Design Studio?
During the Selections Meeting, you will have the undivided attention of our Design Consultant, who will advise you on all of the products you may choose for your new home. Our homeowners tell us this is the most exciting and anticipated part of the homebuying process, and it is our goal to make it enjoyable!
What is the typical agenda of a Selections Meeting?
A Selections Meeting usually starts with a review of your contract to confirm your floorplan and structural choices. Then our Design Consultant will guide you through selections for the exterior and interior of your home. The day ends with a review of the building process and the next steps that will take place.
What should I bring to the Selections Meeting?
You are not required to bring anything, but feel free to come with any questions you may have. Also bring any photographs, design inspiration, fabric swatches, etc. that may help you in making selections that will truly reflect your style.
