It seems like just yesterday that we were meeting Sue, our homebuyer who was generous enough to share her StyleCraft homebuying journey with the entire world.
We watched her sign the dotted line during her contract appointment, strap on her boots to walk her homesite, and pore over various design selections before dialing in her ideal home style.
And now we’ve reached our exciting conclusion, where we step away and let Sue Live Up in her new home. But before that happens, Sue has been kind enough to provide a peek into her James home, and into her life at Villas at Ashford Hill.
How Sue’s New Home & Community Elevate Everyday Living
First, let’s share the lay of the land of Sue’s new home. Her spacious floor plan boasts three bedrooms — including one she’s turned into a study — as well as a two-car garage, and kitchen-café-family room area with the right flow to entertain friends or the entire extended family. In fact, the openness of this space is Sue’s favorite part about her new home, as well as the fact that it backs up to the community’s walking trail and wooded area to offer a quick escape. That’s where smarter home design and serendipity come together.
Sue also appreciates how low-maintenance living puts time on her side. That, combined with Villas at Ashford Hill’s two-year Home Maintenance Plan, means less time maintaining the lawn and checking off to-dos, and more time strolling through the community garden and blazing a trail on the nearby walking paths.
Now We Step Away, But Not Really
The last thing we want to do is overstay our welcome at Sue’s new home.
