On the job, she works hard to create an experience that clicks for prospective homebuyers. And off the job, Katie enjoys making her health and fitness top priorities.

“As an Online Sales Consultant, I have the opportunity to interact with customers in a variety of different outlets. This happens through LiveChat on our website, as well as over the phone and via email. My top priority is to help them find the home and community that best fits their lifestyle and home search needs.

I work primarily from my home office. I also work onsite at our Model Homes from time to time, which allows me to put a fresh set of eyes on each community as they progresses and new ones open.

One challenging, yet exciting, aspect of my job is staying current on each and every community. I make sure to stay organized and up-to-date on each StyleCraft community, and the ever-changing Real Estate market in RVA.”
