NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT

While you’ll meet many friendly faces during your homebuilding experience — including all the folks featured below — few will stay in your orbit quite like the New Home Sales Consultant. They’ll be there from the time you sign on the dotted line to after you close on your home. You’ll more than likely first meet our New Home Sales Consultants while visiting a Model Home. Here, they’ll provide a tour while answering all your questions regarding home features and other details along the way. As the homebuilding gets underway, these team members will be on your weekly Buyer Calls sharing updates and also guiding you through the various meetings and checkpoints so that you always have total transparency into the homebuilding process.

NEW HOME DESIGN CONSULTANT

(For Freestyle & Expressions buyers): Designing a home can be an overwhelming experience — the sheer amount of options, ensuring various countertops and fixtures work together, and the challenge of instilling your own sense of style. But don’t worry, you won’t be doing all of this alone. If you’re a Freestyle or Expressions buyer, you’ll have a New Home Design Consultant by your side. Not only do they help homebuyers navigate our impressive Design Studio, but they have a trained eye for putting all the pieces together so that you stay on budget and feel right at home. Your New Home Design Consultant will be with you through your Structural Confirmation Appointment, Design Orientation, and Pre-Construction Meeting.

PROJECT MANAGER

Meeting your Project Manager means that you’ve reached the point in your homebuilding experience at which you can see your new home come to life. Your Project Manager will be there for key meetings — some of which take place right on the site of your in-progress home. They also manage our trusted trade partners and play a big role keeping you updated on your weekly Buyer Calls.

WARRANTY TEAM

Your connection to the StyleCraft team keeps going strong long after you close. You’ll meet the Warranty Manager during your Homeowner Orientation, at which time they’ll walk you through your new home while demonstrating appliances and answering your Warranty questions. After you’re all moved in, our Warranty Coordinator will handle any requests you might have and schedule annual Warranty visits. Finally, if any touch-up or repairs are needed at your home, our Warranty Technicians will be there to manage the job.
