St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway: Marching Forward
April 2, 2020
We are not slowing down one bit. In fact, the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is entering spring with a bouquet of fresh updates. Here’s a look at where we stand in terms of construction and ticketing as we approach the home stretch of this life-changing project.
INSPECTIONS? CHECK.
There is not much distance between “Dream Home” milestones these days at Saunders Station Townes. In March alone, we received high marks from Henrico County for all our trade inspections. Additionally, drywall went up and siding was installed — thanks to James Hardie — as well as insulation.
It was only fitting that as Mother Nature gave us some 70-degree days, we shifted to the outdoor living spaces, working on the front porch and rear deck. These inviting spaces are shaping up to be your favorite places, thanks in large part to their superb views.
Of course, we wouldn’t be here without the unwavering support of our trade partners, sponsors, and the entire community — an even greater feat in today’s challenging environment. Thank you all for everything!
TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE
The waiting game is over and the countdown has begun. Having sold out our first two years of leading the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, we’re banking on making it three in a row. That’s a long way saying that we encourage everyone in RVA and beyond to reserve tickets early — before we inevitably run out of inventory again. Not only does this ensure your ticket is reserved ahead of the on-air drawing, but it also enters you to win additional prizes: gift cards, entertainment packages for concert tickets, or even a car.
Here are your options for reserving your tickets:
- By Phone: Call 1.800.391.2433
- Printable Mail-In Reservation: Download a printable mail-in form and include a check or credit card details. These must be received by June 5, 2020 (and tickets must still be available).
Remember: 100% of the $100 ticket will go toward support the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. What does that look like? Your $100 can cover, for example, two platelet count tests or six meals for a St. Jude family.
