St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Update: Building Momentum

Winter may be here according to the calendar, but we’re not letting that slow down all the momentum we’re building at Cambria Cove for this year’s St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. Here’s a quick update on our construction progress, a big thank-you to all who are helping to make this amazing project happen, and an invitation to join this undertaking and help children (and their families) who are battling life-threatening diseases.

FROM THE FOUNDATION & BEYOND

Having already broken ground at Cambria Cove in December, we quickly traded the ceremonial shovels for heavy equipment in early January. Now we’ve set the foundation and completed the framing of the home, taking our 3,625-sq.-ft., four-bedroom home vertical. Stay tuned for some sneak peeks inside the “Dream Home.”

HIGH-FIVES, FIST BUMPS, THANK-YOUS

There is a reason that we’re right on schedule in blazing through the construction of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway home: all of you. From our trade partners and vendors donating time and materials to local businesses and individual volunteers offering support, this is a true community effort. We’ve already received commitments to handle nearly 60 percent of the cost of the “Dream Home” — and we have plenty of time to reach our goal.

JOIN THE CAUSE

Yes, we’re making great progress on the building and financial fronts of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. But we’re going to need even more support to get through the home stretch.
