New Home Sales Consultant

If you’re the type of person that likes to be hands-on and customer-facing, you might thrive as a New Home Sales Consultant. While our homebuyers have multiple points of contact throughout the building process, our New Home Sales Consultant typically gets the most face time. They welcome prospective buyers into Model Homes to give them their very first glimpse into how StyleCraft’s homes Live Up and they’re the on-site expert on our communities and our homes. This new home sales job involves weekly calls with homebuyers to support buyers and build excitement throughout the new construction purchase and building process. You can read the full job posting here, but we’ll outline some of the basics that you’ll be responsible for in this Accountant job. This Real Estate Accountant job involves preparing journal entries and system transactions, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and preparing financial statements to assist with the month-end close. The Accountant we hire will work with the team as it relates to inventory and sales tracking and will assist in job cost allocations. In addition, this Accountant job will prepare weekly payables and cash/loan draw requests. In our business, we’re acutely aware of the numbers and the bottom line, and we have a lot of respect for the hard work that goes on in our Accounting Department.

Construction Estimator

Long before we start building our new construction homes, we work to get an accurate view of what it’s going to cost. That’s where the Construction Estimator comes in. In this position, you’ll be heavily involved in making and sticking to construction budgets and deciding on construction materials and structural options. The Residential Construction Estimator works closely with our experienced Trade Partners, Architects, and Project Managers. As part of this position, you’ll review estimated costs, prepare bank budgets, and manage master take-offs to ensure that we have the correct number of materials on site for our construction projects. When custom option requests are made, the Construction Estimator reviews and quantifies them and presents them to the Operations Manager to nail down pricing. The Residential Construction Estimator also reviews product offerings and value engineering opportunities to present findings to our Operations Manager and Architectural Services Manager. CAD Technician

Our CAD Technician job description requires equal parts creativity, practicality, and rule following as you’ll be heavily involved with the creation and maintenance of our floor plans. In this role, you’ll manage the StyleCraft CAD files, which is a crucial part of our homebuilding process and makes you a pivotal member of the team. Our new CAD Technician will work to ensure that homes are structurally sound and in compliance with local building codes, fit within the StyleCraft Homes scope of work, include standard details, and are able to meet phase specifications. There’s more to the CAD Technician job description that just the floor plans themselves. In this position, you’ll also have a hand in creating master plans, lot-specific plans, and exterior elevations. This role will also provide the opportunity to work across company departments to provide technical support.

Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager job description is summed up pretty well by the title itself, you’ll manage one or more of our construction projects! In this role, you’ll supervise the ongoing construction of homes in a particular community, working closely with Trade Partners on site to ensure that each step of the building process is completed to StyleCraft standards. The Construction Manager ensures that the job site appearance remains professional, is managed safely, and makes daily updates to our online scheduling system for all under-construction homes. You’ll need to be just as comfortable managing a construction crew as you are working with the homebuyer, because part of the Construction Manager job description involves providing top-notch customer service to homebuyers and conducting on-site meetings to show them construction progress. The Construction Project Manager will also work closely with other departments and members of the team during weekly meetings to share best practices and problem solve for any issues that might arise during the construction process.
