Everything You Need to Know for the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

Powered by the momentum built by the entire Richmond community over the past 6 years, we dug through snow and ice to officially break ground on the 2025 St. Jude Dream home last week.

The home — a Madison floor plan featuring 3,847 sq. ft., 5 bedrooms, and a 3-season room — is ideally located in New Kent’s picturesque Viniterra community beside New Kent Winery and The Club at Viniterra golf course.

Joining StyleCraft in building its 7th Richmond-area Dream Home build are partners 12 On Your Side and Reesebrooks Land Company, which donated the land. In addition, a number of generous companies are donating their services and materials, including: Builders First Source, Fireside, Bon Air Exteriors, TMJones Roofing, Airflow Heating & Air, Connec, and Plumbright, among others.

Previewing the Dream Home

The Madison is one of our most popular floor plans — and for good reason. In addition to the headline features we already shared, the Dream Home features 4.5 baths, multiple Flex Rooms, and a two-car garage. The Private Owner’s Suite, open kitchen stacked with Bosch Appliances, and outdoor living area round out the highlights.

And that’s just the home interior. You’ll step out of the Dream Home to find plenty of room for a big backyard BBQ or some sweet birding time on a large wooded homesite. Then there are the community amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a clubhouse. And we already shared the spoiler alert about the awesome neighbors: a championship, 18-hole golf course and award-winning winery to ensure every weekend Lives Up.

The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway wouldn’t exist without a communitywide effort. And Greater Richmond has proven that it’s among the most ardent supporters of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital — raising a record-breaking $1.25 million this past year alone!
