StyleCraft’s Richard Kuhn Looks Back at 2024 While Focusing on New Projects, Opportunities

As we crossed into 2025, StyleCraft Founder and President Richard Kuhn took some time to reflect on 2024’s company wins while looking ahead at the challenges and opportunities that are on our radar for 2025.

Last year was highlighted by several significant milestones and accomplishments: the company’s 25-year anniversary, the relocation of the Design Center to our expanded Lakeside headquarters, and another record-setting St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway — to name a few.

And while it’s hard to believe that New Year’s is already in the rear-view mirror, many big plans lay in wait for the remainder of 2025. These include opening several new communities across Greater Richmond — and across our range of lifestyles, including:
•The Crossings at Mulberry in Henrico, ideal for those seeking to build their first or next home
•Pomeroy Park in New Kent,  featuring single-family, estate-style homes
•And Hickory Grove in Hanover, with single-family homes designed for Active-Adults

As Richard states in the video, “As we get to work on these new projects, I want to recognize our team members and trade partners for their uncanny ability to overcome obstacles while fine-tuning the homebuying experience at every turn.”

Of course, there’s another important audience we have our eyes on as we progress through 2025 and beyond: our homebuyers.
