The Crossings at Mulberry's Model Grand Opening Opens New Doors in Henrico County

StyleCraft Homes team members along with Henrico County's Fairfield Supervisor Roscoe Cooper III, and the greater community gathered this past weekend to celebrate the Grand Opening of The Crossings at Mulberry’s Model Home.

The under-construction community — featuring 2-story, low-maintenance townhomes and planned amenities including a dog park, walking trails, and pavilion — is now open for sales.

During the April 5 ribbon-cutting ceremony, which included games and free food from local favorite Hawk’s Fish & BBQ, attendees toured The Crossings at Mulberry’s Raleigh Model Home,  a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath spacious townhome with a 1-car garage and upstairs loft.

Lakeside-based StyleCraft and Henrico County also shared an announcement that further solidified their strong, 20-plus year partnership.

The Crossing at Mulberry, a StyleCraft Gateway community already designed and priced to attract first-time homebuyers, will have 25 units allocated to be a part of Henrico’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund Program administered by The Partnership for Housing Affordability (PHA). The Fund was established in 2024 as a grant subsidy used to reduce home sales prices to a rate affordable to targeted populations.
