Featured in Richmond BizSense: Construction to Start on Westchester Commons Townhomes

StyleCraft is getting ready to start construction on an initial phase of 65 homes after purchasing a 6.5-acre parcel in the heart of the Westchester Commons Shopping Center, at Route 288 and Midlothian Turnpike.

According to the article in Richmond BizSense, StyleCraft's President, Richard Kuhn, said the new townhomes will range in size from 2,000–2,800 square feet and include an option for a rooftop terrace. Prices are anticipated to start in the $500,000s. The development will include pocket parks, pedestrian plazas and open space, as well as sidewalks connecting to the shopping center.
