Meet Ben, Your Warranty Point Guard
May 15, 2020
“StyleCraft has a family feel about it. You are able to develop relationships with coworkers that will last forever. The company takes the time to think about group activities, company events, and charitable organizations like teaming up with St. Jude”
ABOUT BEN
Our goal is for you to see Ben as infrequently as possible. Don’t get us wrong — he’s a friendly, hardworking team member — and he’ll walk you through your new StyleCraft Home right before closing. But as our Warranty Manager — and a Project Manager before that — Ben will arrive in the rare event that you have an issue with your new home requiring further assistance. And he’ll lead the charge to get it fixed to your satisfaction. And when Ben isn’t running point on any warranty calls, he can be found on the court; after college he played basketball semi-professionally.
DESCRIBE YOUR LIVE UP MOMENT — THE MOMENT YOU KNEW STYLECRAFT WAS RIGHT FOR YOU
“I knew this job was right for me when I was able to go into a home, diagnose the problem, and provide the best solution to repair/prevent any future problems. Developing trust from the homeowners is key.”
DESCRIBE YOUR TYPICAL DAY
“I am usually driving all over the Greater Richmond area. I handle all of our communities where we have people in their warranty period, plus I walk each StyleCraft homeowner through their home before they close. After that, I handle any bigger issues that may come up with a homeowner. I also problem solve and assist homeowners with any questions they have on how their home should be performing over time.”
YOU CAN NEVER SHOW UP AT STYLECRAFT WITHOUT…
“Communication skills. There are a lot of parts to the process of building a new home, and it is critical each department along the way communicates at a very high level.”
AND THE HIGHLIGHT IS…
“I love seeing the excitement of a new homeowner before they move in. They made all of these great selections in their home and to see it all come to fruition is exciting for them and myself.”
