ABOUT DARIN

Few folks know every mile of Central Virginia better than Darin Smouse, StyleCraft’s VP of Land Development.

Every shortcut, every picture-perfect spot to catch a sunset, and every municipal border — transposed from his mind’s eye to potential StyleCraft communities and homesites.

For the past three years, Darin has led StyleCraft’s real estate acquisition, project visioning, zoning entitlement, site development, and property management. In other words, he’s a foundational element to all that we do to help homeowners Live Up.

When Darin isn’t plotting the future footprint of StyleCraft’s homes, he enjoys trying out fresh new hobbies. His pastime de jour is rowing single sculls on the James River, as well as enjoying his old hobby of rock-climbing alongside his daughter.
