Before our grand opening event at Townes at Notting Place, we held exclusive VIP Preview Events for area Realtors and members of our VIP list. These events provided them the chance to tour our decorated Model Home and the entire community — and gave them the first opportunity to secure a purchase appointment ahead of everyone else. It’s our way of rewarding those who indicate early on that they’re interested in learning more about active-adult living at the Townes at Notting Place.
