Featured in the Chesterfield Observer: StyleCraft Bringing Condos to Hancock Village

StyleCraft Homes is beginning construction on The Overlook at Hancock Village, a community of 150-plus condos that will be next-door neighbors with retail and restaurant destinations including Starbucks and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

According to the article from the Chesterfield Observer: Each unit will have its own single-car garage on the first floor. Upper units will total roughly 2,400 square feet, and lower units will feature more than 1,500 square feet. The first phase of the development will include five buildings housing 43 units.”

The Overlook at Hancock Village’s amenities will include walking trails, and a clubhouse with a fitness center and community kitchen.
