StyleCraft Homes & Trade Partners Make Their Mark on 2025 St. Jude Dream Home

One of the most anticipated milestones and most beloved traditions of Richmond’s St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway occurred Thursday as dozens of generous Trade Partners, StyleCraft team members, and other attendees gathered to sign the floor of the Dream Home at New Kent’s Viniterra community.

The Floor Signing is an opportunity for those who donated time, materials, and other resources toward the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home to leave their mark on the home in truly memorable fashion while also touring the home.

“This is our seventh floor signing as Richmond’s St. Jude Dream Home builder,” said Jeremy Knicely, Vice President of Homebuilding for StyleCraft Homes. “But each stands out on its own. It's a chance for our valued Trade Partners to take a step back from their role in this project and connect in a whole new way. Their signature is a stamp of their unwavering generosity and support of both the Richmond community and the greater community of St. Jude families around the country.”

These sponsors include Brizo, Shaw Floors, Trane, Bosch, Kichler, 12 On Your Side, Radio One, Whitten Brothers, Green Front Furniture, Dream Day Foundation, Closet Factory, among others.

Because of their efforts, the Richmond Dream Home is able to be constructed at a net zero cost, with all funds raised going toward the life-saving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Not only does this cover treatment for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases, but it also covers families’ travel, housing and food expenses.

The 2025 St. Jude Home — a 3,847-sq-ft., 5-bedroom home featuring a striking 3-season room — is ideally located in New Kent’s picturesque Viniterra community beside New Kent Winery and The Club at Viniterra golf course.
