COMMUNITY POOLS THAT GO WITH THE FLOW

Come summer, the pool is often the heart of the community, bringing together neighbors-turned-friends for fun in (and out of) the sun. Our pools are tailored for each community and thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of activities.

Here's where to make a splash or grab a tan:

• The Reserve at Springdale Park: This centrally located oasis is a family-friendly spot for practicing strokes or wading through a mystery novel on our sunbathing deck.
• Townes at Iron Mill: You won’t spend time trimming the lawn or minding the hedges at this low-maintenance community, so there’s plenty of time to check out the pool and adjacent Community Clubhouse.
• Mason Yards: Think that because a community is located in the City that we’ll skimp on amenities? Think again. We have a picturesque pool and sunbathing deck on tap for our Scott’s Addition luxury condo community. And you’ll be able to cool off after an adventurous day in Richmond by Summer 2025, our estimated date of completion for this in-progress amenity.

BARKING UP THE RIGHT TREE

We didn’t forget your four-legged friends when planning our community amenities. No, we threw them a bone, too. Because we know that, just like you, no matter how welcoming his new home is, sometimes Fido wants to escape and meet the neighbors.

Your best friend can simply follow the scent, but here’s where you can find StyleCraft community dog parks:

• Mason Yards: It can be a challenge to find even the smallest patch of green for your pooches when you live in the city. That’s why the dog park at our Scott’s Addition community is an extra special treat.
• The Edge at Westchester Commons: You know what’s a great refresher after an afternoon of retail therapy and fine eating at neighboring Westchester Commons? A romp around the dog park. It may even be a chance to show off that shiny new collar…

It’s a gorgeous summer evening. You’re outside talking and laughing with your neighbors. The scent wafting over from the grill tells you dinner is almost ready as you enjoy your favorite beverage. And a live cover of your favorite Yacht Rock tune is playing in the background.

This is community. This is summer. And this is the Community Park & Grill at The Edge at Westchester Commons, where you’ll find grills, cornhole boards, and firepits. Plus, it’s strategically located beside the enclosed dog park and Westchester Commons’ Summer Concert Series. What else could you ask for?

Farmer’s markets are fun, right? It’s just getting to them that can be a hassle sometimes. Well, what if we brought the fresh produce to you? That was our thinking at The Burroughs at Chickahominy Falls, our 55+ Agrihood. Our Community GeoBarn and professionally-managed onsite farm provide fresh fruits and veggies to add a garden-fresh kick to your home cooking. And this isn’t just a “summer thing,” as residents enjoy year-round access to truly locally grown produce.

You're Invited to the Club!

Clubhouses play an essential role for communities no matter the season. They’re a gathering spot to meet up and Live Up together with neighbors. Come summertime, when schedules relax and fun heats up, they can play an even bigger role in the social scene. We have a soft spot for what we believe is one of the sweetest spots in Greater RVA, the community clubhouse at Mosaic at West Creek. Coined The Connexion, this state-of-art and centrally located community hub for 55-plus homeowners has it all: a gym, pool, courts, and ample space for gatherings and even live music.

Rule the Court

Not even 5 years ago, if you asked about sports courts, folks may assume you were looking to play tennis or basketball. Now pickleball rules the courts — and the indoor-outdoor phenomenon that’s fit for all ages has found a home at StyleCraft’s 55-plus and other communities.

Our pickleball courts at Woolridge Landing really serve up a special experience. Located beside the community clubhouse, smack dab in the middle of it all, the courts are always ready for a friendly pick-up game or a tournament match for all the marbles.
